Abstract

The article discusses professional motivation in relation to the demands and needs in teacher training. The main objective is to analyze how motivation influences the teaching-learning process in contemporary educational contexts. A qualitative methodology was used, including interviews and surveys with teachers to identify factors influencing professional motivation. The results show that continuous training, professional recognition, and personal development are key to maintaining high motivation. Additionally, the study highlighted that educational policies should foster a supportive and developmental professional environment. The study concludes that proper motivation enhances teacher performance and, consequently, overall educational quality.
