Anthropological perspective of the labor formation: a necessity of the education
Abstract
In this article the necessity of the anthropological knowledge of the educational ones was approached in function of the labor formation of the students. He/she took in consideration the main concepts contributed by this science so the social significance of the work is understood and of the human thing. From the theoretical point of view he/she took in consideration that the labor formation should transcend the social transformations by means of the work, toward the transformations that happen in the man's own personality, revealed in its labor qualities and of the paper of the agents of the social context (school, family, community) in this process. The objective was summed up in carrying out a theoretical analysis of the paper of the Anthropology in the education. For the obtaining of information such theoretical methods were used as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and the historical one logical; the surveys, the interviews and the observation like road were used for the empiric sum
