Abstract

From a systematization carried out on the theoretical bases of innovation and scientific research in the training of an integral professional, it is reflected that the innovation and research of university professionals constitutes a wealth of current and necessary pedagogical knowledge for the direction of scientific-investigative work for provide practical actions. The novelty of the result is projected in the approach to the current demands in the comprehensive training of professionals as a way to achieve a higher level of suitability in their investigative performance.
