Integration of knowledge: a challenge for the formation of the professional of the specialties of humanities

Abstract

The article deals with the necessity to assume the principles of interdisciplinary methodological work to join criteria for the integration of knowledge, skills and attitudes through the cooperation and coordination of the different organizational structures, which benefit the professional formation in humanistic studies. The author presents the methodological phases to achieve a better quality in the professors’ training for guiding the formative process, departing from a higher unity of influences of all the agents that participate in the process.
