Content Model of the Professional Training for the Direction of theTeaching-Learning Process

This article was the partial result of a research project. The authors consider that the professional training of the Elementary teachers and the necessity to improve its content for the direction of the teaching-learning process, have required and require its systematic update with the purpose of establishing the integration of the elements of that content. It has an outstanding place in this article the conception of an educational model to favor the relation of the teaching-learning process stages. Likewise, the personal and the non personal components of the process and the teachers? functions, taking as examples scientific criteria of well known investigators about the topic and the teaching experience of the authors. The objective of this article is to place in the teachers? hands a material containing an educational model of the professional training content of the elementary teachers in order to consolidate the quality of their professional training and professional performance. It was conclusive the use of research theoretical and empirical methods like: the analysis–synthesis, the historico-logical and the induction–deduction. Similarly the analysis of documents related to the topic.
