Abstract

The present work is in a condensed way the figures of the General Lieutenant of the Army Liberator Antonio Maceo and Grajales (1845-1896) and of the Latin American Commandant Ernesto Guevara of the Serna (1928-1967), at times of June 14 the 2007, it dates in that the anniversaries 162 and 79 of their birthdays are commemorated, respectively. They stand out in them, in times different from their existences, the liberal spirit, the domain of the tactics and the military strategy, the position antimperialista and the solidarity in the fight of other towns. It is evidenced the thought unit and action revolutionaries that transform them into having forced reference for the present and future generations, with a view to the preservation and consolidation of the project social Cuban socialist, essential premise of our existence identitaria like nation.
