Abstract

This article offers a procedure for the development of oral expression in the occupational formation of students in the beauty and hairdressing job, so as to solve the insufficiencies they have in communication during the professional service. The procedure is supported by the conception of occupational formation established by the Research Center for Occupational Formation, and in the concepts, characteristics, and spontaneous forms for treating oral expression. For their elaboration, theoretical methods such as analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, were used. The procedure can be generalized in any polytechnic school where these occupations are studied, with flexibility and adaptability to the existing conditions of the teaching-learning scenery.
