Communication-comprehension: a need in the process of formation of the professional in the Uleam
Abstract
The work that is presented responds to one of the objectives of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development of the United Nations, which points to the need to achieve education, for which the communication-comprehension (C-C) binomial constitutes an imperative. Consequently, the objective pursued lies in exposing the main results of the actions for the development of the binomial C-C in the students of Uleam. Based on methods such as analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction, the theoretical study of human and educational communication and comprehension as a communicative ability was carried out, which facilitated the development of actions for the development of the aforementioned binomial in the formation of the professional, whose effectiveness was confirmed by the direct and participant observation method. The partial results obtained reveal the pertinence of the elaborated actions, evidenced in the improvement of the interpersonal relations and in the gradual development of the comprehension in the educational context of the Uleam.
