Activities for the Development of the Vocabulary in Preschool Children

This article dealt with characteristics that support the educational process for the development of the vocabulary in preschool children, likewise the main elements which favor the teachers´ training when directing such process. The diagnostic study allowed deepening on the insufficiencies which confirmed the existing problems in practice. The application of activities as a way of solution, demonstrated their feasibility in order to stimulate the development of the vocabulary in preschool children, as well as the teachers´ training when directing the aforementioned process. In the research theoretical methods were used like: the analysis-synthesis and the historico-logical, and the empirical ones: observation, interview and experts opinions. The whole proposal favored the fulfillment of the stated objective, also the development of the vocabulary of preschool children.
