Abstract
The article is about the conception of the authors from the point of our studies and investigations all this is to show how to teach the children make an oral speech. That can be obtained from boys and girls of Kindergarten stage, it means, from four to six years old. They also make emphasis on how to guide the children through a communicative and developmental way. This activity is very important on the formation of their personality. It is very significant to know that the authors show the way that they understand about Oral Creative Speech, declare the age before mentioned as a sensitive stage to begin the stimulation to do this task and also the methodology for it is development.
