Abstract

Keeping in mind the transformations that are carried out in the Technical Education and Professional (ETP), the RM has settled down for the MINED 129/04 that it establishes a new system of labor formation of technical means for family of specialties. In the cycle of specific formation it has been guided the insert of the students of the third and quarter year to the companies receiving subjects and assisted by professionals of the production and the services. For it finds necessary the establishment of a system of relationships school - company - community and through this article a group of elements of sociological nature is presented that contribute to give answer to the previously outlined demands and to achieve the competent worker's formation that demands the current Cuban society.
