Evaluation of the Satisfaction of the Students from the micro University of the Military Hospital in Holguín

Abstract

This investigation aims at valuing the motivational degree of satisfaction on the students regarding the educational process; consequently, the corresponding improvement actions were adopted. When collecting, analyzing and processing the data some methods were used like the survey, as well as methods and procedures for descriptive statistics, and others of qualitative character like the content analysis and triangulation. Among the theoretical methods, the analysis – synthesis and the induction – deduction allowed to draw conclusions in this work. The main source used to get the information were the students themselves. Learners showed, in general, high levels of satisfaction with the overall work of the micro university in relation to the rotation they were studying in the moment the assessment was developed. Some elements were identified that influenced negatively motivation, the students´ participation and the organization of the educational process, which are susceptible to be improved in favor of the quality of the micro university of the Military Hospital in Holguin.
