Una propuesta metodológica para la evaluación del impacto de la superación de los dirigentes educacionales
Abstract
One of the main investigation problems referred to the administration of the process of upgrading of directives is given on how to evaluate with objectivity the impact that upgrading actions have in their individual performance, in their working places, and in the results of the organization. In this article, an alternative for the solution of the outlined problem is proposed. It consists of a methodology for the evaluation of the impact of the upgrading of the educational directives. Its application, in the educational practice, has demonstrated to be appropriate to the objectives for which it was conceived.
