The annexed classroom, important scene in the labor formation in alternation of the qualified worker in farming

The article is intended to respond to the need to direct the labor formation in alternation of skilled workers students’ in farming within the context of the annexed classrooms as from the specificities of its object of study. The main contribution consisted in methodological orientations that allow the managers and the educational institutions to determine certify and use the annexed classrooms for the development of the pedagogic professional process in conditions of production or services, it is presented as the articulation between stages, phases and actions in correspondence with its functional logic. This contribution was corroborated through the method: experts' criteria and by means of an experience in practice in Holguín province. It revealed its pertinence and the scientific value, backed by the positive approval of specialists, users and managers, about its coherence and viability.
