Systematization around the advisory teacher´s performance in the Vocational Technical Education

The present article established some theoretical considerations that sustain the need to improve the advisory teacher’s performance in the Vocational Technical Education, which main function is the coordination, coherence and systematization of the educational influences aimed at both, raising the quality of learning, and the development of the students’ personality, from recognizing the Pedagogy of the Vocational Technical Education as a theoretical basis of the formation process of the technician. These considerations were the result of an investigation motivated by the insufficiencies presented in teachers to assume the role of advisory ones, taking into account the nature of their educational function as required by the model of the Polytechnic school. Different research methods were used, such as: analysis - synthesis, historical - logical, document review, observation, interviews, surveys, and consultation to specialists, among others.
