Historical Trends in Performance Professional Teachers of Civil Construction

Abstract

The article approaches a classroom experience, which covers the profile of the teachers at present. It visualizes the teacher as an organizer of the interaction between the students and the object of knowledge, an issue that is of top priority within the system of education. Perfecting the theoretical-methodological concept and a continued focus on the quality of the educational process of the Technical Education and Skills is a strategic objective in the Cuban educational system. This paper aims to provide arguments to favor the comprehensive training and to prepare the man for life, for its time; it matches the social requirements, of the model of the Polytechnic schools. The methods used to carry out the article are of theoretical and empirical level, such as the historical-logical that allowed us to make an evaluative characterization of teacher preparation.
