Abstract
The present work has like purpose to offer arguments related with the role of the professor of the polytechnic, as well as issues related with its preparation, where it results from essence, the knowledge on education, pedagogy and its present-day tendencies; That way eat, of the staff activity of the process teaching learning, that is where they assume his principal role like educational transforming agents. We utilized methods of the theoretic level and empiricist for his execution, where the analysis and synthesis, induction are highlighted – deduction for the information processing in the determination of the epistemic sustentantes of the preparation of the professor of the specialty theoretic and empiric, Construction, in the overtaking of position of the investigators regarding the scientific considerations, that way I eat in the elaboration of the final conclusions of work.
