A university extensional approach in the solution of conflicts in educational centers

The requirements in the development of University extension for undergraduate education and training of teachers-to-be brings about conflicts in the educational centers where the trainees work and receive their education, as part of the universalization of higher studies. The application of Qualitative Research Methods such as observation, documentary analysis, interviews and surveys made it possible to determine that those conflicts are caused by the diversity of influences in the educative contexts, and the necessity to create spaces for different social actors in the process. The objective of this article consisted in offering a new outlook on the role of conflicts in educational institutions, in order to turn them into sources of development in the teachers-to-be initial education and training.
