This article closes the analysis of the process of theorization deployed by the Cuban master José de la Luz y Caballero in his book Impugnación a las doctrinas filosóficas de Víctor Cousin, in which he reveals the character of system achieved by his new philosophical conception. The work values his arguments on the impossibility of erecting an ontological science, ratifies the inconvenience of the use of Cousin's 1829 Course as textbook, confirms the rejection to the attempt of the eclectics to stop the patriotic education of young people and opposes the defamations of the Cuban eclectics against Locke. The objective of the article is to analyze the process of enrichment and systematization of the set of theoretical positions, arguments and philosophical concepts developed in the commentaries to notes 32 to 37 of his book, when dealing with diverse gnoseological, methodological, educational, theological problems and especially the critique to eclecticism.
