El profesor adjunto en el contexto de la universalización de la universidad pedagógica
Abstract
The article deals with the people involved in the formation of the teachers-to-be within the process of the territorial extension of the pedagogical university, known as universalization. It specially addresses the functions of the joint profesor, a fundamental component for the transmission of the rich pedagogical legacy amassed by the Cuban teacher training colleges.Alongside, are provided suggestions on how to elaborate the learning guides, so that motivation and efficient larning are achieved.
