A didactic model aimed to the formation of school scientific knowledge of natural sciences

A didactic model of formation of school scientific knowledge of natural sciences in students of Secondary School is presented by the authors, as result of a doctoral thesis. To explain, from a theoretical perspective, the formation of the school scientific knowledge in the process of teaching-learning of the natural sciences in Secondary School Students is the objective of this paper. The connections with the curricular scientific knowledge, the previous school scientific knowledge and the everyday knowledge of the students are revelled. The relevance of cognitive, affective, motivational processes and the self reflection about the transformations that happen in their knowledge and in the learning strategies are put forward.
Theoretical methods, as historical-logical analysis, the analytic-synthetic and the modelling were used in the investigation. New definitions, favour the understanding of the proposal.
