Methodology for Agricultural Education through Problemic Teaching

The Agricultural Education is part of the attention to the training of professionals and the development of producer mentality in students of all levels of the educational system, in response to present and future needs of our country, which involves educate the rurality as a part of Cuban culture, and presupposes the inclusion of this knowledge in the environmental training of education professionals, in order to make them able to express themselves in the professional environmental teaching performance. This implies a renovation of education so that all adolescents and youngsters develop their individual potential to the expected personal, social and professional growth to which we aspire. The theoretical systematization of the subject determines that there are inconsistencies that limit the performance of the students of the Education degree course (Informatics-Labor Education), regarding the Agricultural Education expressed in modes of performance, from which emerges the need to develop a methodology for agricultural education through problemic teaching, which is a pedagogical tool to improve educational practice.
