El encuentro dinamizado: una vía creativa para estimular la formación laboral del futuro educador
Abstract
The formation of the professional of the education requires of a lot of dedication, specially at the present time that the young generation needs direct orientation in all the senses, to wake up in them the love to the profession is to form them laborly. The present work is the result of the systematic observation through the visits carried out to the pedagogic headquarters, where they have been able to verify difficulties in the development of the controlled classes encounters and the attention of the tutors what has borne to the desmotivación on the part of the students in formation of its profession. Our objective is to sensitize the enclosed professors and tutors with this situation and to suggest them some activities like example so that this problem has solution and we can take with success the professional's labor formation.
