Proposal of Integration Librarian - Teachers Department in the Initial Training of Teachers of Marxism-Leninism and History

The demands of training professionals of education require the unity of the educational influences to achieve the preparation of the students when performing their functions, in relation to this need, the authors aimed this research at the elaboration of a methodological proposal to favor the integration librarian - teachers department, and transform the behavior in freshmen students majoring in Marxism-Leninism and History. It could be mentioned as the main contribution of this work, the steps to follow in order to fulfill the coordination between the librarian and such department. From the empirical level, as well as from the theoretical and statistical ones, the following methods were used: observation, survey, analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, historico-logical.
