The permanent formation of the educators of the Babyhood for the inclusive education

The work begins by addressing the issue of insufficient preparation of early childhood educators in providing educational support to children who fail to meet developmental milestones in their first year of life. It examines various interpretations of inclusive education at the international level and in Cuba, highlighting the current inadequacies in addressing diversity in early childhood education. The literature and educational practices reveal a diverse population of children who fail to meet developmental milestones, along with a wide range of indicators to identify them. These challenges also impact the training of education professionals. Drawing on a comprehensive study of continuous teacher training, the paper presents guidelines for a training program aimed at preparing educators to deliver high-quality education in line with the requirements of the 2030 agenda.
