The development of the dynamics of the labour education on mental retarded students

Abstract

In this article a methodology was presented to develop the dynamics of the labor formation of the scholars of the third and quarter grades with light mental delay, structured in stages with its corresponding actions, in the context of the formative process. The same one was sustained in a dialectical-materialistic conception and the methods used were the following ones: the historical-logical method, the analysis and the synthesis, the systemic-structuralfunctional one, the interview, the survey, the revision of normative documents, the observation, the shops of critical opinion and collective construction, the approach of experts and the pre-experiment. The referred methodology constituted an alternative that facilitated to diagnose, to project, to execute and to evaluate the labor formation of the scholars with light mental delay guided toward the preparation for its independent mature life. The assimilation of the importance was evidenced of developing actions from a process perspective, where the diagnosis, the planning, the execution and the evaluation are stages that propitiate the scientific address of the same one, to look for alternative of solution to the diverse problems that are presented in the school practice, to develop actions of individual character and grupal
