The teaching–learning process at Politechnical Schools favors the future worker’s competence if the formation and development of profesional skills are fostered. In this article you can find some reflextions about the meaning of professional skills for a competent professional behaivor, it propose a system of items to control, measure and evaluate the skills as well an the features of their level of formation that students for the speciality of Civil Construction may get.
