Distance Education, as a field of education in which the learning activities are made by students themselves, basically in an independent way, with the help of teaching materials and technology with the aim of delivering information and to favour the interactivity and the necessary communication in the teaching – learning process, which contribute to answer, in a contextualized way, the challenge of the education in the current moments. As a result of the investigation it was proposed a Learning Hyperenvironment (LHE), which facilitated the information management and the preparation of teachers and students in Distance Education with the use of the MOODLE platform as a computing tool. LHE was conceived starting from the analysis of the theoretical foundations that sustain Distance Education development and specifically of the didactic design of courses with the use of the MOODLE platform. The empiric study carried out allowed diagnosing the necessities and potentialities that exist when using this computing tool. The statistical prosecution of the results starting from the consultation to specialists and users contributed the necessary data in the validation of the computer product.
