The present work is the result of a research about children’s theater and dramaturgy in Holguin. Different methods were used to carry out a study of Salvador Lemis Pérez Franco’s plays, Turtle and One little sunflower, such as the documentary analysis, analysis-synthesis, inductiondeduction and the historical-logical one, with the objective of appraising their aesthetic quality and evaluate the possibility of including them within the syllabi of the subject Literature for Children, that under-graduate training professionals receive in the Specialty of Elementary Education.
