A system of actions to favor the professional orientation of the students towards the pedagogical degree courses

The objective of this work is to design a system of actions aimed at favoring the Professional Orientation of the students of Technical Technician in the specialty Accounting towards the pedagogical careers, through four phases (Professional information, Professional selection, Vocational training and Professional adaptation), as well as, the fundamental steps to achieve its practical concretion. For its development different methods were used at the scientific level, including the theoretical ones (analysis and synthesis, historical and induction-deduction) and empirical (surveys, interviews and participant scientific observation). As a result, a valuable reference material was made available to teachers, in order to consolidate the professional orientation of students towards pedagogical careers in response to the transformations that have been applied in Technical and Professional Education (ETP), derived from the current economic and social policy carried out by the country
