Methodology for the formation of a heuristic performance in the teaching professional of Junior High School

A methodology is presented for the formation of a heuristic acting in the professional of Junior High School. The objective was to favor the preparation of the teachers in order to achieve a heuristic performance for the direction of the teaching-learning process by the in-training teachers of Junior High School. The reference methodology was the result of the application of different theoretical methods of investigation; among those: analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and the systemic-structural-functional approach. This constituted the main practical contribution of a doctoral investigation. The steps in which the methodology was structured are interrelated and interdependent, evidencing its systemic character; these are the following: exploration, projection, realization and evaluation.
