To have a greater impact on the work of the academic year of the professors who teach psychological and pedagogical contents in the formation of educators, their specific role was modeled for the discipline in the different specialties. Their function is vital for the preparation and successful performance of teachers-to-be. This formation is based on conceptual, procedural and attitudinal contents. The psychology and pedagogy professors stand as key sources in the supervision of the work of the teaching staffs, because of the psychological and pedagogical culture they possess. To corroborate the effectiveness of the proposal both theoretical and empirical methods were used, along with a group of other methods, techniques and instruments. Among them: modeling, surveys, observation, interviews, and the perusal of documents. The paper herein is a result of a Research Project called Professional Identity in the Initial Formation of Teachers-to-be.
