A generalizing meta-cognitive procedure to favor the process of professional self-upgrading of tea

As a result of the research project “Postgraduate education for teachers and tutors at the Pedagogical universities in the context of universalization”, the current article is aimed at providing a meta-cognitive generalizing procedure to favor the self-upgrading process of teachers and tutors at the pedagogical universities. This research work offers a solution to the contradiction existing between the general fragmented conception of the self-upgrading process and the integrity that it requires for teachers and tutors to lead the double formative process that occurs in the Cuban micro-universities, departing from the permanent upgrading process. To reach the results presented in this paper several methods as the historicallogical, the functional-structural-systemic and the analitical-synthetical were applied. The outcomes have been presented in several international congresses like Pedagogy 2009 and 2011. Likewise, these results have been introduced in the betterment of self-upgrading of teachers and tutors at the municipality of Cueto.
