Abstract

The results exposed in this work constitute a continuity of the article of same title, presented by their author in the number previous of this magazine. The study of the topic begins with the analysis of the contributions that he/she carries out José de la Luz y Caballero in its Report on the Nautical School of 1833 to the scientific theory of the education. The fundamental objective of the text was directed to the meticulous exam of the theoretical unfolding presented by Luz, from its patriotic positioning, starting from which was revealing the spirit transformer and creator of its educational project gradually, when carrying out momentous taxes to the pedagogy and the didactics in the Report on the Nautical School. The investigation demanded the application from the adjusted methods to the characteristics of the topic, being prioritized the work with the gathered sources whose data were generalized by means of the logical procedures of the scientific knowledge.
