Propuesta de conceptualización de las personas sordas e hipoacúsicas en el contexto pedagógico
Abstract
In this article there an analysis of definitions that has been used for a long time to call the people with lost in earring capacities . This show the need of change the definitions since the training teacher knolodge that provide the real needless that ask this persons. The definitions that has been used as a tradition as deaf, hipoacustic, earning deficient, do not support the needless of this persons, because do not integrated them. In this way , this work give a new definition that provide to the national education take up a highest level of education for all. It is line to the educationals institutions for this persons.
