Abstract

One of the bigger challenges that has the decency as of the present moment constitutes the attention to the diversity like essential goal to achieve an education of quality crush everybody without exception. 

An alternative of professional orientation was made directed to the preparation of the teachers for the correct attention to these students. Empirical methods were used such as observation, survey, interview, document study, expert criteria and theoretical methods such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, historical-logical and modeling. With the application of the alternative positive evidence was obtained in the performance of the teachers, influencing favorably in the treatment of these students.
