Vocational training of Agronomy technicians through the Agricultural Operational Normative Procedures

Abstract

The reference work pursued as objective, the elaboration of the Agricultural Operational Normative Procedures (PNOA) of the fundamental works to consider either in the initial training of the students in the agricultural polytechnic school like in the agrotechnical environment of the agricultural productive entity, during internships. Different scientific methods were used, such as the theoretical and empirical ones. Likewise, the study had its origin in a research developed by the authors on the training of Agronomy technicians in the work context and their practical experience, both in the direction of the teaching-learning process in agricultural schools like in the agricultural productive process for many years. So, the material is a very valuable instrument for teachers from polytechnic schools and tutors in the productive entity for the planning, orientation and control of the development of the agricultural professional skills in the formation of the technological discipline, as one of the mainstays of the agricultural professional culture demanded by such technicians.
