Sucre Mission as an Emancipatory Strategy for University Education. Process Management Technology

The objective of this article is to offer a technological model for the integration of the processes of the Sucre Mission, based on a procedure in which the objectives and perspectives that guide the integrated management of processes and sub-processes of the Sucre Mission are specified. The results of the diagnostic study were also presented, showing that the management of the Sucre Mission did not contribute to the integration of all its processes, according to the requirements of the university education subsystem. The theoretical methods used were: analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and historical-logical. The empirical analysis was based on a thorough documentary review, the survey, interview and observation, together with the author's experience, support the theoretical generalizations arrived at.
