The Art Instructors professional demands. Actions for their preparation

The systematized experience of the authors in the direct work with the Arts instructors from the beginning of the program, has allowed them to perceive the mistakes in the conduction of this program. The inadequacies that their formation and social performance have confronted show that there are contradictions between the social order and the formation of this professional. In this context, a contradiction is expressed between the need for Arts instructors to generate actions of artistic and cultural participation in different contexts and their inadequate preparation. In order to respond to this situation, it was decided to develop educational orientation actions to favor the preparation of the professional reaffirmation in the art instructors of the music specialty for the fulfillment of their professional demands. The content of the actions produced a change in their preparation and motivation to favor their professional reaffirmation and their work performance in light of the demands of their social order. The research methods used are related to the various stages of the research on educational orientation: investigation communicative action, educational conferences, situations for reflection, socialization of experiences, dramatization, integrative exercises and focalized testimony, also analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction, scientific observation in its participant and non-participant variants, systematization of experiences, among others.
