An Alternative for Safe Design School in Primary Education

In this paper a systematic review of environmental strategy followed by the Cuban government in terms of reducing risks that may affect the population, economy, natural resources and educational institutions was performed, and thus national security, given the occurrence of events of natural, technological and health origin, generating disasters. Rules of behavior offered to follow school before, during and after the occurrence of these events of great intensity. Practical guidelines for the preparation of sketches risks and plan for disaster reduction are included. The main research methods analysis-synthesis and induction, deduction, analysis and review of sources and the Hermeneutic Dialectic, which allowed the determination of dimensions and measures to declare a center of Primary Education Insurance, were used. It is the main intention of the authors contributing to the initial and continuing training of students in the Bachelor of Elementary Education, and teachers and administrators of educational institutions.
