La formación y desarrollo de habilidades profesionales de perfil técnico en el trabajo con las máquinas eléctricas y transformadores: una propuesta para reflexionar
Abstract
The article deals with the limitationes faced in the professional pedagogic process of the subject Machining and Electric Driver in the formation and development of professional skills of the students of the specialty of Electricity. The objective of the work is to analyze a logical structure of the system of professional skills of a technical profile, as an essential element to get a better relationship between the formative process of the students and the needs of the professional process in the territory. It presupposes to develop a teaching – learning process based on a close relationship between theory and practice by means of reducing the period of time that mediates between the practical activity and the knowledge required for its performance.
