Abstract
The present paper is about some important aspects related to the negative effects produced by the lack of physical activities. This brings about the risk of suftering some cardiovascular deseases, which take nowadays “a significant place”. In this article, the importance of exercising by means of walking and running is supported. It is also highlighted its positive influence in the human bodg, as wellas the alternatives for trainning and its methodology. Some pieces of advice are also introduced for those who decide this kind of trainning. The premise taken is that is better to prevent deseases through exercises than cure them through medical treatment.
