Abstract
The article “Methodological Proposal for the Application of a Diagnostic Process to the Learning of English as a Foreign Language” suggests, after checking a large bibliography, a methodology which allows ordering a system of actions to diagnose the learning of English as a foreign language in teachers to be in the Pedagogical University “José de la Luz y Caballero”, in Holguín.
