Abstract
The objective of this work is to establish a primary view to theoretical elements given by the different authors about a new topic for the pedagogical science: the development of knowledge. It is necessary due to the huge task education´s got nowadays, concerning the professors to grow on their preparation and perfection of the subjects they teach, to increase the development of knowledge. All this goals will improve the integral formation of the students and their preparation to future jobs as well as a good education an behaviour on the society and family.
