An alternative to favor the control of the investigative component of the undergraduated teachers

The present article aims at a proposal of a methodological alternative to facilitate the mentors´preparation when controlling the scientific research and the introduction of results, which were part of the investigation: An alternative to favor the tutors´preparation to control the under and graduated teachers´ investigative component, in the current university; being at the same time, a problem to be solved in this kind of institutions. Different techniques were used in this investigation to diagnose the problem, making emphasis on diverse methods as the inductive – deductive and the analysis - synthesis ones; which allowed the study of the sources, that explain the given alternative containing three stages that treat the tutor´s training in the diagnosis of the stated problem, the ways to establish the actions and how to solve them departing from the methodological work. It was achieved the centralization of the introduction of results and a better control by the executives of the undergraduate teachers´ research component.
