Abstract

The article deals with the significance and importance of music in José Martí’s life. The study oh different sources and documents permitted to emphasize the value given by Martí to this artistic form as a way of expressing the mans´s feelings and attitudes, his spirited development and also as a common language of enriching the people’s souls. The view points used are a very important way to describing the feeling of love and admiration of this of great teacher towards music, something that he considered the most beautiful form of beauty.
