In this article an analysis is of made of several adopted classifications taken from authors of different nationalities and epoch. To designate students with special education al needs. Its approach is historical and cultural. The negative and positive aspects are determined with precision. Its result is an important pedagogical appraisement to enhance the quality of the national educational system. This contributes the national educational system to get an education with a quality equal for all. This is fundamentally for teachers of different special educational centres.
