Una aproximación desde el punto de vista psicológico a la formación laboral del mecanizador agrícola, desde la dirección del aprendizaje en las asignaturas técnicas

The Technical Education and Professional is called to diffuse and to develop the labor and technological culture that she needs our society. In this zeal it plays an important paper the formation of a competent agricultural mecanizator that he responds to the demands of an agriculture that he needs and he has to be efficient. In this work the psychological foundations of the labor formation of the agricultural mecanizator are picked up, through the characterization the Technical High school's learning should be in the technical subjects in this specialty of how. In the investigation this learning for technical professional's formation, necessarily leaves of a dialectical materialistic conception of the world, of the man and of its development, of the cultural historical theory as psychological foundation of the relationship among education and development, like base of the learning, as understanding of the learning process and human development and like didactic support for its investigation and application in the school practice. It becomes special emphasis in this student's treatment like a worker in formation, process in which you are implied the triad professor-instructor-worker in formation in two fundamental scenarios: the school and the agricultural entity, all that which gives him a connotation peculiar to the address of the learning.
