La formación laboral: un reto para la Educación Técnica y Profesional
Abstract
In the article offers the investigative results arrived by the authors that reveal which the pedagogic foundations of the labour formation are in the Technical Education and Professional in Cuba. The authors leave of assuming the labour formation as the development of qualities of the personality that the fellow guides toward the obtaining of products of social utility; of here it comes off that an appropriate labour formation is impossible, without students of the Technical Education and Professional acts competently in the professional process. In our conception of the labour formation, the principle of alone study-work constitutes one of its elements, as they are also it, among other, the motivation toward the labour thing, the curricular design toward the labour thing, the linking theory-practice, the pedagogic conception of preparing the man for the life, the principle of the cientificidad, all which have a pedagogic sustentation in the conception of the address of the learning that defends.
