Abstract

The discipline Quantitative Chemical Analysis of the Specialty of Chemistry in the Teacher Training College "José de la Luz y Caballero", during the course 2001 - 2002, has faced changes in the form of realization of the experimental activities. The laboratory practices were reconceptualized starting from the System of specific Experimental Abilities and on the theoretical bases of the Experimental Method. As teaching strategy, the pattern of Directed Investigation was used, with the purpose of beginning the formation of the specific experimental abilities of the discipline, in the students. The students for the realization of their practical activities, don't have the operative technical classic or " cooking recipes ", but with a quantitative experimental problem. To give solution to the experimental problem, the students should consult the system, specifically the ability to solve quantitative experiment problems. In this work the proposal of a Heuristic one, like a guide is presented for the students, when working with the ability. To solve quantitative experimental problems, when giving him solution, to the situations experimental, in the chemical educational laboratories of Methods of Analysis, of the Licentiate in Education in the specialty of Chemistry.
